Drivalia, the mobility and rental company of the Crédit Agricole Auto Bank Group, strengthens its role as the official Mobility Supporter of Jubilee 2025 with the inauguration of its new Mobility Store on Via della Conciliazione, in the heart of Rome. Just steps from St. Peter’s Square, this new store is a cornerstone of Drivalia’s partnership with the Dicastery for Evangelization in preparation for Jubilee 2025.
Drivalia’s presence in Rome is further enhanced by its collaboration with the Asian automotive giant BYD.
The company has expanded its range of sustainable mobility solutions, featuring models such as the BYD Atto 3 and BYD Dolphin – electric and compact vehicles ideal for navigating city traffic with ease – and the BYD Seal U DM-i, a spacious plug-in hybrid designed for families.
Located within the Jubilee 2025 Info Point, the new Mobility Store will serve as the official hub for pilgrims arriving from around the globe to participate in the Holy Year.
Catering to the mobility needs of millions of visitors expected in the Eternal City, the store includes a parking facility at the Vatican Rome Terminal. This latest addition joins Drivalia’s network of over 20 Mobility Stores across the city, including key locations at Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and the Roma Termini and Roma Tiburtina train stations.
Through its network of Stores, the drivalia.com website, and the official Jubilee app, Iubilaeum25, Drivalia will offer pilgrims and tourists exclusive rates for short-term rentals and E+Share electric car sharing services.
“Together with Drivalia, we continue our journey toward Jubilee 2025, providing practical solutions to the real mobility needs of the faithful who will come to the Eternal City, always keeping the protection of Creation at heart”, said Monsignor Rino Fisichella, Pro-Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization.
“This agreement is a perfect example of how technology and vision can converge to deliver sustainable and innovative mobility solutions. We are proud to contribute our BYD vehicles to the Jubilee 2025 project, offering pilgrims new and eco-friendly mobility options”, commented Alfredo Altavilla, BYD Special Advisor for Europe.
“Partnering with the Vatican for Jubilee 2025 is both an honor and a responsibility, underscoring our mission to provide mobility that serves people and communities. We are grateful to the Dicastery for Evangelization for its trust in us”, said Giacomo Carelli, CEO of CA Auto Bank and Chairman of Drivalia. “We are ready to deliver a quality mobility experience to pilgrims and tourists, guided by the slogan “Moved by Hope”, a tribute to the Jubilee motto, “Pilgrims of Hope”, and a message of positivity that will inspire all our initiatives for the Holy Year”.
