AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Board of Directors of CA Auto Bank approved, subject to the favorable opinion of the Risk & Audit Committee and the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Rules governing risk activities and conflicts of interest with connected persons.
The Rules are directly applicable to CA Auto Bank and are adopted by the Group’s subsidiaries, with appropriate adjustments, in order to make them consistent with the relevant peculiarities and in compliance with local regulations.
