Independent Audit
The independent audit of the company’s financial statements, as provided for by article 2409 bis of the Civil Code and by Legislative Decree No. 39 of January 27, 2010, is conducted by a duly registered audit firm.
This firm, in particular, is responsible for verifying:
- the proper maintenance of the company’s accounts and the correct recognition of transactions in the accounting records;
- that the separate and consolidated financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial condition, operating performance, and cash flows for the year and that they comply with the regulations governing them.
The appointment of the audit firm was approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders on March 25, 2020, upon the reasoned proposal of the Board of Statutory Auditors, for the fiscal years 2021-2029, pursuant to Law Decree 39/2010. The current independent audit firm of CA Auto Bank SpA is PricewaterhouseCoopers S.p.A.:
