
Giacomo Carelli
Chief Executive Officer & General Manager
Giacomo Carelli is the CEO of CA Auto Bank since its launch on 4th April 2023, thus retaining the role he had held at FCA Bank since July 2014.
He is also Chairman of Drivalia since October 2018.
He is also serving as Head of International Partnerships at Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility since April 2022.
Giacomo Carelli has worked in a multicultural environment in many countries since the start of his career. He joined IBM in Spain in 1994 and FCA in 1996, working in marketing and as a project & product manager in Spain, UK, Poland and Germany. Between 2000 and 2005, he was Sales and Marketing Director at FCA Bank in Greece, and then Country Manager for six years. In 2012, he returned to Italy as Group Head of Sales and Marketing. Within FCA Bank, he also held the position of Country Manager in Switzerland before becoming the Group CEO in July 2014.
Giacomo Carelli holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University in Rome (Rome I), a postgraduate diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing at the University of West London and an Msc in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics. He also holds the title of CPA in Italy.

Jakob Böhme
CA Auto Bank Germany
Jakob Böhme has been appointed Country Manager of CA Auto Bank Germany since September 2024, serving as registered Managing Director and General Manager of CA Auto Bank in Germany.
Jakob Böhme brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Between 2017 and 2024, he led the development of Tesla Financial Services in Europe and the Middle East through partnerships with banks and the launch of Tesla’s own finance companies in Germany and the UK. He played a critical role in driving Tesla’s expansion across the region, ultimately overseeing 30 markets and supporting automotive revenues of USD 10 billion on an annual basis.
Before Tesla, Jakob Böhme held various positions at Allianz Group, worked as a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group and served Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in various roles. He started his professional career as an internal audit consultant at Airbus.
Jakob Böhme holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, an M.A. from Columbia University in New York, and a B.Sc from the London School of Economics.

Marcella Merli
CA Auto Bank Italy
Marcella Merli has been appointed as Head of CA Auto Bank Italy as of 4 April 2023.
Furthermore, she has been Country Manager CA Auto Bank Belgium until September 2023.
Merli began her career in 2002, in the Financial Services sector of Targasys in Arese, where she worked in the Marketing department. In the following year, she joined Savarent’s Marketing department to work on Long Term Rental. She became Marketing Manager at Savarent in 2006.
Merli joined FCA Bank in 2009 and held various positions of increasing responsibility. In 2011, she was appointed as Brand Manager for Jaguar & Land Rover at the group level. From May 2016, she served as Group Head of Sales and Marketing until July 2020 when she became the Country Manager of the Belgian branch of FCA Bank.
Merli’s responsibilities expanded in January 2021 when she was put in charge of the Belgian branch of Leasys. In August 2022, she took over as the Country Manager of the Dutch branch of FCA Bank while continuing her role as the Country Manager of the Belgian branch of FCA Bank.
Merli has a degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the School of Economics of the University of Turin, Italy.

Robert Ogulluk
CA Auto Bank France
Robert Ogulluk is the General Manager of CA Auto Bank France.
After teaching Business Law at the University of Paris XII, he began his professional career in Automotive Financing in 1995 as the Legal Department Manager for the French Leasing-LTR entity of Barclays Bank (Dial – Loc-Action). In 2000, he joined LeasePlan as Credit Manager and then moved to the joint venture set up with FCA Group. When FCA integrated its leasing business into Fiat Auto Location (2002), he expanded its responsibilities to include Legal and Leasing-LTR Operations.
In 2008, he became Risk & Dealer Financing Director at FCA Capital France.
In 2015 he led the effort to establish the FCA Capital branch in Morocco.
In 2018, he was appointed as Managing Director of FCA Capital Nederland and Leasys Nederland.
Returning to in France in 2021, he was named Managing Director of FCA Bank France.
He continued in his role as Managing Director when FCA Bank France became CA Auto Bank in April 2023.
In January 2024, during the integration of the Sofinco AML business, he took on the role of Deputy CEO of the newly merged entity. He held that position until February 2025, when he was reappointed as General Manager of CA Auto Bank France.
Robert Ogulluk graduated from the University Paris-Sorbonne.

Alexander Paul Hughes
Head of European Markets
CA Auto Bank Country Manager UK & Ireland
Alexander Hughes is CA Auto Bank Country Manager for UK & Ireland, remaining in the same position he had held at FCA Automotive Services since September 2015. In July 2024, he also took on the role of Head of European Markets at CA Auto Bank, and has been Managing Director of Drivalia UK since July 2021.
After starting his professional career as a Remarketing Manager at Vauxhall, he joined Fiat Auto Financial Services in 2000 as a Product Development Manager. He held various marketing positions at the company, eventually becoming the brand’s Marketing Director in the UK in 2004, a position he held until 2007.
He spent the next three years co-ordinating the markets at FCA Bank Group before returning to the UK as the Sales and Marketing Director, a position he held for the next five years. Alexander Hughes was born in the UK, in 1976.
He initially graduated from the University of Warwick and completed an MBA specialising in Strategic Marketing and International Sales Management.

Claudia Daniela Beriava

Claudia Daniela Beriava is Country Manager CA Auto Bank Belgium.
Claudia Daniela Beriava began her career in 1992 as a Capital Markets Analyst in Cordoba, Argentina. After two years she became a credit analyst and then took a position in Sales, also in the banking sector. In 1998 she served as Branch Manager for Sudameris Bank. In 2005 she moved to Italy, in Turin, where she joined first SAVA Spa, as a Retail Credit Analyst, and eventually, in 2006, FGA Capital Headquarters as a Corporate Credit Analyst, a role she held until 2016.
In that year she was appointed Rental Underwriting Manager, until the end of 2019. During this period she also acted, for a while, as Corporate & Rental Credit Manager, responsible for analysing and deciding on Leasys’s rental applications and evaluating credit applications from the FCA and JLR Dealer network. In 2020, she was named HQ Corporate Credit Manager in FCA Bank, where she was responsible for evaluating credit applications coming from FCA Bank’s companies in Europe. From July 2021, she assumed the role of Head of Dealer Financing of FCA Bank, confirming the same position in CA Auto Bank until September 2023.

Federico Berra
CA Auto Bank Switzerland
Federico Berra is Country Manager and Managing Director of CA Auto Bank Switzerland, reconfirming the role he has held at FCA Capital Switzerland since November 2021.
He started his career in 2000. After an experience as trainee with Telecom Italia Lab, in 2001 he worked in the banking sector for Centrale dei Bilanci, where he was a financial analyst until 2004. He joined Fiat Group Financial Services in the Finance department until 2010.
After holding different positions in the financial risk management and treasury in the holding company, in 2010 he became director of FCA Capital Ireland and FCA Capital Re in Dublin. In 2013 he became Finance Manager of FCA Capital in Schlieren, Switzerland and was appointed Country Manager one year later, maintaining the position until 2019.
In the same year he became Country Manager and CEO of FCA Bank Germany, a position that he held until 2021, when he returned to Switzerland.
Federico Berra was born in Saluzzo (Italy) in 1976. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Turin.

Martin Brix
CA Auto Bank Czech Republic
Martin Brix has been the Country Manager of CA Auto Bank Czech Republic since October 2024.
In addition, he serves as Managing Director of Drivalia Lease Czech Republic s.r.o., a company offering full-service operating leasing, Drivalia Czech Republic s.r.o., which provides short-term rentals, and Fleet Insurance Plan s.r.o., an insurance brokerage firm.
After completing his university studies, Martin began his career at LeasePlan Czech Republic s.r.o. where he held various roles. He started as Credit Manager and later built and led for several years the Risk management team. In 2007, he joined the greenfield start-up of LeasePlan Romania as Finance and ICT Director. After five years in Bucharest, he returned to the Czech branch of the company as Finance Director. In 2018 he was appointed Managing Director of LeasePlan Czech Republic, now Drivalia Lease Czech Republic.
Martin Brix holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Prague.

Dag Fraurud
CA Auto Bank Norway
Dag Fraurud has been the Country Manager of CA Auto Bank Norway since February 2025, while maintaining his role as CEO of Drivalia Lease Norway, which he has held since December 2022.
He started his career in Drivalia in 2017 as Commercial Director. In his period as Commercial Director, he was responsible for the departments for existing clients, new business, partnerships and customer service.
In addition to the main business lines, operational lease and fleet management for SME and large corporations, his focus was on developing new digital platforms and direct private lease as well as reshaping partnership business.
Dag came to Drivalia after over 20 years in the communication industry. He held several different positions as Sales and Marketing director and was responsible for consultants within CRM concentration on analysis, digitalization, and automation of communication. During this period, he also owned and managed his own business and was a partner in one of the largest communication agencies in Norway.
Dag has been the CEO for Drivalia Norway during a transitional period, focusing on maintaining business and implementing Drivalia as the new business owner from August 1st, 2023.
Dag was born in Oslo (Norway) in 1967.

FRANK IJNTEMA
CA Auto Bank Netherlands
Frank IJntema is the Country Manager for CA Auto Bank Netherlands.
He started his career in 2004, co-creating his own company, a Fintech start-up. This company was bought by Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility Netherlands in 2008 after which he joined this company and became part of the Credit Agricole family.
After holding various positions in Sales, Marketing and Strategy in Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility Netherlands Frank moved to Paris to join the headquarters of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility in 2016 and work as director of international marketing. In this role he became involved in the ambition of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility to reenter the Spanish market. And so, after creating a Joint Venture with a local Spanish bank, he moved to Madrid in 2018 to become the commercial director of the new entity Sofinco Spain.
In 2021 Frank was asked to move back to Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility Netherlands, become its CEO and take charge of the sale and run-off process of the company. During this 3-year assignment, he successfully sold part of the outstanding and outsourced the remaining portfolio to a specialized service provider.
In November 2024, he joined CA Auto Bank as the new country manager for the Netherlands.
Frank IJntema was born in 1979 in Bussum (The Netherlands), he is a graduate from the Erasmus University of Rotttedam and the Stockholm School of Economics.

Bruno Langella
CA Auto Bank Denmark and Sweden
Bruno Langella has been Country Manager of CA Auto Bank Denmark and Sweden since March 2025. He also serves as Country Manager of Drivalia Lease Denmark and Sweden, a role he assumed in November 2024.
Bruno began his career in 2000 at Saipem as an Internal Auditor, where, fresh from graduation, he was immediately exposed to an international environment, working across Europe and South America.
In 2002, he joined Fiat Sava as a Financial Controller and has since held positions of increasing responsibility in finance, first in the Italian market and later at the parent company, focusing on FP&A, Treasury, and Risk Management.
He played an active role in the organization’s transformation, from Sava to FGA Capital, and later through the establishment of FCA Bank in 2015 and CA Auto Bank in 2023.
In 2013, he briefly left the group to serve as Treasury Manager at Mondo before returning the following year as Head of Group FP&A at FCA Bank.
He was CFO for the UK market from 2016 to 2018 and then Finance Director of FCA Bank’s Italy Business Unit, from 2018 to 2023.
Between 2023 and 2024, he was responsible for Controlling and Finance Projects at CA Auto Bank’s headquarters, contributing to the finalization of several international agreements and strategic projects.
Bruno Langella was born in Naples, Italy, in 1974. He holds a degree in Economics and Business and a Master’s degree in CFO.

Petteri Pihlas
CA Auto Bank Finland
Petteri Pihlas has been the Country Manager of CA Auto Bank Finland since January 2025.
In addition, he serves as Managing Director of Drivalia Lease Finland Oy, the leading leasing and fleet management company in Finland that Drivalia S.p.A acquired from LeasePlan Corporation in 2023.
Petteri joined LeasePlan Finland in 2006 as Managing Director. Under his leadership, the company grew from a small challenger to market leadership.
Before joining LeasePlan, Petteri worked in the consumer goods industry at Unilever. Before his last position as Managing Director at Unilever Foods Finland, he held several senior management positions in various Unilever companies in Finland and across Nordics.
Petteri Pihlas holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto University of Helsinki).

Juan Manuel Pino Dronet
CA Auto Bank Spain, Portugal & Morocco
Juan Manuel Pino Dronet is Country Manager CA Auto Bank España, Portugal and Morocco since January 2024. He also serves as the Managing Director of Drivalia and Drivalia Lease España, a role he assumed in January 2024
Juan Manuel has worked in a multicultural environment in many countries since the start of his career. He started his career as Key Account Manager in an International outsourcing company (Grupo GSS) in 2002 up to 2004 where he assumed the responsibility to develop the internationalization of the activities of the company in Argentina.
From 2005 to 2016, he held various managerial positions at RCI Bank Spain & Portugal, serving as regional Manager, Nissan Finance Brand Manager and lately Head of Insurance and Services for RCI Bank Spain & Portugal.
In 2016 he joined FCA Capital Spain being appointed as Sales & Marketing Director, a role he filled until June 2020.
As a result of his achievements, he was nominated Head of Sales & Marketing and CSR at FCA Bank Group (banking and Mobility perimeter) in July 2020. Then, in April 2023, he confirmed his role in the newly established CA Auto Bank group.
Juan Manuel Pino was born in Madrid (Spain) in 1976. Has a university degree in Marketing and Business Management and obtained a PMD (Program for Management Development) by ESADE.

Hermann Wiedrich
CA Auto Bank Austria
Hermann Wiedrich is Country Manager of CA Auto Bank Austria, a role he has held at FCA Bank Austria since June 2019.
After several years working in different industries in UK and Austria he started his automotive career in 1997 as a salesman in a Chrysler/Jeep dealership. Then he worked at the Austrian Chrysler/Jeep import organization before moving to Mercedes Benz Global Headquarters from 2002 in Stuttgart during the DaimlerChrysler partnership. In 2006 he returned to Chrysler Austria as sales director and from 2010 to 2016 joined the Austrian Fiat Group Sales Organization in several marketing & sales positions following the take-over of Chrysler by Fiat Group.
In March 2016 he started his banking career at FCA Bank Austria as Sales & Marketing Manager, then moved to FCA Bank Deutschland in 2018 in the same role working for the German market before starting his current tenure as Bank Country Manager in 2019.
Hermann Wiedrich was born in Vienna in 1966. He holds an MBA of Open University (UK), a Marketing degree of University of Economics, Vienna, and is also qualified as Industrial Engineer in Austria.

Dionysis Xanthakos

Dionysis Xanthakos is Country Manager CA Auto Bank Greece and Drivalia Lease Greece, reconfirming the role he has held since October 2014.
His career started in 1987 within the family business, passing through several positions in rubber manufacturing industry gaining experience in the field while building skills in leadership.
During 1996 he joined the car industry into Fiat dealerships, starting as a salesman and later as Sales Manager.
On June 2001 he became part of Fiat Credit Hellas team (later became FGA Capital Hellas) as a Zone Manager.
After 5 years took over the Management of Sales & Marketing, in FGA Capital Hellas a position that he held until 2009.
Between 2009 and 2012 he served as Brand Manager for the American Brands of Cadillac, Corvette and Hummer, in Sfakianakis SA a well-established Group in Greece, being also responsible for all the used cars operations.
In May 2012 he re-joined FGA Capital Hellas in the M&S Manager position for 3 years up to his appointment
as Country Manager of FCA Capital Hellas and FCA Bank GmbH Hellenic Branch.
Dionysis Xanthakos was born in Athens (Greece) in 1966. He graduated from 10th Lykeio in Athens, has a university degree in Business Administration.

Marcin Zakrzewski
CA Auto Bank Poland
Marcin Zakrzewski has been appointed as the Country Manager for CA Auto Bank in Poland in January 2025.
He has been with the CA Auto Bank group since the beginning of his career, having most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for the Polish entities, including CA Auto Bank’s Polish Branch and Drivalia Lease Polska, while also holding the role of Deputy Branch Manager and Board Member.
Marcin Zakrzewski started his professional journey in Poland in the Financial Controlling at Fiat Bank Polska, where he gained foundational expertise in financial management and reporting. He later moved to FCA Bank‘s headquarters in Italy, where he held several roles in the Credit and Risk departments, contributing to the development of risk
management frameworks and processes that supported the group’s stability and long-term goals.
Before returning to Poland, Marcin Zakrzewski served as Country Manager for FCA Bank in Ireland, overseeing both the Irish branch of FCA Bank and FCA Capital Re, its reinsurance subsidiary. His responsibilities encompassed strategic and commercial leadership across both regulated entities, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Marcin Zakrzewski holds a Master’s degree in Informatics and Econometrics from Poznan University of Economics, as well as the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from GARP.
