Diversity & Inclusion
CA Auto Bank and Drivalia are active participants in Diversity Week, held in March, and Diversity Month, held in November. Both events are sponsored by the Crédit Agricole Group to raise awareness, promote acceptance of the many forms of diversity, support inclusion, and highlight the importance of this issue. Diversity is a fundamental pillar of today's society.
The Group participates to these initiatives by organising workshops, conferences, and training sessions. The goal is to promote an increasingly inclusive culture, by nurturing diversity, raising awareness among employees and emphasising the Group’s concrete actions.
This year, the CA Auto Bank Group is also actively committed to advancing diversity through initiatives in line with the five dimensions of the Group’s diversity policy, which are equal opportunity, inclusion, representativeness, solidarity, and social responsibility. Every day, we strive to increase mutual understanding and inclusion through internal actions or external initiatives that can involve as many people as possible.
To celebrate these values, we have interviewed some of our colleagues who will address themes such as inclusion, gender equality and internationality by providing real-life examples.
